Innovate2Connect (I2C) in Belgium seeks a Junior Marketing Manager to drive the marketing function across strategy, execution and reporting, supporting I2Labs and client initiatives.

You will create content in NL, FR and EN, run multi-channel campaigns, and shape campaigns with AI-powered tools, while collaborating with consultancy and product teams.

This role offers autonomy in a growing IT consultancy with hybrid work in Sint-Truiden and a market-conform salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, digital media or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of relevant marketing experience or internships.
• Affinity with B2B, IT or SaaS is a clear plus.
• Fluent with AI tools for content creation and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Develop the full marketing mix from strategy to execution and reporting.
• Create content in NL, FR and EN using AI tools.
• Set up, run, and optimize campaigns for I2C, I2Labs and clients.
• Measure results with GA4, Google Search Console and dashboards.
• Manage marketing automation and eCRM to nurture leads.
• Ensure a consistent brand experience across channels.
