DynaFin Consulting is a Belgian-based AI-focused consulting firm delivering transformation in Financial Services across the Benelux. We seek a Business Analyst Consultant to understand client needs, design BRD/FRD, and translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions with a strong emphasis on data and agile delivery.

You’ll work with clients on payments, investments, risk, and regulatory topics, facilitating workshops and driving go-live readiness while collaborating with our team of experts.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with hands-on project experience mandatory.
• Exposure to payments, investments, credit, risk or regulatory and compliance is a strong asset, as is experience on AI-related projects.
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Knowledge of BABOK, Archimate, BPMN, UML and tools such as Jira and Confluence; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Strong workshop facilitation, analysis and decision-making skills.
• Structured, curious and autonomous, with a genuine interest in AI and technological developments.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business needs and identify relevant AI use cases and opportunities within a Financial Services context.
• Gather, challenge and translate needs into clear business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD), business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business challenges into fit-for-purpose AI solutions.
• Act as the bridge between Business, IT and Data Science through workshops and project delivery.
• Define scope, priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to UAT, issue follow-up and go-live preparation.
