Skyline Communications is seeking a Creative Director to lead campaigns and brand initiatives from concept to delivery. You will shape visual language, oversee a small creative team, and collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure strategic alignment across digital channels.

Strong portfolio and experience with generative AI tools are essential to produce on-brand, high-impact visuals and copy at scale.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking.
• Proven ability to direct others: brief a team, give feedback, elevate output.
• Strong experience across digital formats: social media, web, email, video.
• Proficient in tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva.
• Fluent with generative AI tools and integrate AI into creative workflow.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to protect brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process for campaigns and brand initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Audit and guide the creative team to meet quality and strategy standards.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Prototype and visualize concepts using AI-powered tools.
• Build and maintain AI prompt libraries and templates.
• Ensure AI-generated content is refined, on-brand, and production-ready.
