MindWave is seeking a hands-on AI engineering leader to transform how software is built across the organization. You will design, build and demonstrate AI-enabled SDLC practices — from agentic coding and automated quality gates to testing, CI/CD and release — and scale what works across engineering teams.

This builder’s role requires shipping working solutions, pragmatic experimentation and turning pilots into reusable enterprise practices through a Community of Practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering and agentic coding tools.
• Experience designing automated quality, security and testing gates across the SDLC.
• Ability to create reusable prompts, skills and agent workflows.
• Comfort working directly with engineering teams and driving change across teams.
• Ability to distinguish AI hype from value-driven solutions.

We’re looking for a hands‑on AI engineering leader to help transform how software is built across the organization.

As part of the Enterprise AI & Transformation team, you’ll design, build and demonstrate AI-enabled SDLC practices — from agentic coding and automated quality gates to testing, CI/CD and release — and then scale what works across engineering teams.

This is a builder’s role, not a slide-deck role. You’ll be expected to ship working solutions, experiment pragmatically and turn successful pilots into reusable enterprise practices through a Community of Practice.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has recent, hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering and agentic coding tools
• Understands the full SDLC and has built automated quality, security and testing gates
• Can create reusable prompts, skills and agent workflows
• Is technically credible and comfortable working directly with engineering teams
• Can distinguish AI hype from solutions that genuinely deliver value
• Has the communication and influencing skills to drive change across teams

Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Devin or similar is a plus, as is experience in regulated or high-security environments.
