EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Director – Technology to lead large-scale engagements in the Benelux region in a hybrid setup across Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, own client relationships, and oversee program governance while challenging architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with EPAM processes. The role requires hands-on delivery of 100+ FTE programs, strong SDLC/Agile expertise, and practical AI/GenAI experience.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on delivery of complex technology projects (100+ FTE).
• Strong client relationship management across IT services engagements.
• Deep understanding of microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to diagnose delivery issues related to architecture, integration or data design.
• Practical AI/GenAI experience and understanding of integration dependencies.
• Knowledge of data platforms, advanced analytics or AI components.
• SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies expertise.
• Pre-sales and solutioning experience in the Benelux region is a plus.
• Multilingual proficiency (Dutch or French) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring EPAM process adherence.
• Manage client relationships at project, program and governance levels.
• Identify risks, issues and scope changes; mitigate and resolve.
• Develop delivery plans and statements of work, coordinating proposals.
• Oversee SDLC-aligned activity streams and IT service management practices.
• Own delivery financials, sourcing, implementation and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure accurate estimates and planning.
• Represent delivery in sales/pre-sales engagements to drive growth.
