EPAM Systems, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to oversee large, cross‑functional programs across the Benelux region. You will own delivery outcomes, client relationships and commercial performance while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead multi‑discipline teams, manage budgets above $10M annually, and align with SDLC/PDLC, cloud-native delivery and DevOps practices. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex, multi‑team programs (50+ FTE, multi‑year).
• Proven delivery track record in enterprise commerce or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with legacy-to-microservices modernization.
• Delivery for retail, grocery or consumer‑goods clients is a strong advantage.
• Budgets of $10M+ annually managed.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud‑native delivery (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD and DevOps practices; SDLC/PDLC proficiency.
• Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS or equivalent); hybrid model experience.
• Ability to engage in architectural discussions with senior engineers and client architects.
• Understanding of AI solutions to improve SDLC efficiency.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery from initiation to completion in line with EPAM processes.
• Manage client relationships and expectations at project/program/governance levels.
• Identify risks and mitigations; oversee delivery plans, SOWs and proposals.
• Coordinate multiple activity streams with SDLC/ITSM alignment.
• Own delivery aspects including financials, sourcing, implementation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive estimates, plans and retrospectives.

We're looking for a Programme Delivery Manager – Technology to join our team in West Flanders, Belgium in an office and client site working mode. In this role, you will oversee large-scale client engagements across the Benelux region, ensuring the successful delivery of complex programs that drive measurable business impact. You will hold full accountability for delivery outcomes, client relationships and commercial performance while fostering continuous improvement and developing a strong management team.
