Accenture Belgium is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide innovative technology projects for global clients. You will plan, deliver and execute programs, manage budgets, and lead international teams in the Financial Services domain. Strong focus on AI and client value is essential.

• 3+ years in delivery leadership, project/program management in IT
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English mandatory
• Experience with resource, stakeholder, financial, risk, quality management and planning processes

Responsabilités

• Lead international IT transformation projects for Financial Services clients
• Deliver client value propositions with strong processes, metrics and controls
• Mobilize and grow high-performing teams to deliver transformations at scale
• Manage program or project budget (P&L) from start to finish
• Oversee service quality, cost and leadership of people across one client deal/country
