PwC Belgium’s Microsoft Practice is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to own how clients move from rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to using it effectively. This delivery role includes a strong client-facing dimension and reports into the Microsoft Practice leadership.

You will ensure the technology changes how people work and delivers measurable business benefits, while engaging stakeholders across organisations and ensuring responsible use of AI.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant professional experience in technology adoption and change management.
• Experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or adoption of similar enterprise tools.
• Structured approach to change management (e.g., Prosci or ADKAR).
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders at executive level.

Responsabilités

• Lead adoption programmes for clients deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning through to measurable take-up.
• Design and run change management approaches including communication, training, champion networks and follow-up, tailored to each organisation.
• Build and coach champion communities and deliver workshops for end users and managers.
• Define adoption metrics and track them using usage data to adjust approaches.
• Translate adoption results into business terms so sponsors and leadership see ROI.
• Advise clients on responsible use, including data protection, governance and EU AI Act obligations.
• Collaborate with technical specialists while focusing on people and ways of working over configuration.
• Support proposals and pre-sales, shaping adoption approaches, contributing to bids and scoping new work.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to reusable methods and materials across engagements.
