PwC Belgium is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Lead Consultant to guide enterprise transformation leveraging Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities. You will combine strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery and thought leadership across multi-disciplinary, international teams.

The role requires seven+ years of experience, strong consulting background, and proficiency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies and digital transformation.
• Proven consulting experience and ability to lead end-to-end client engagements.
• Advanced expertise in Power Platform, Copilot Studio and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven transformation.
• Lead discovery workshops and design thinking sessions with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions and AI capabilities.
• Build automated workflows and intelligent applications to improve efficiency.
• Translate business challenges into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, data specialists and security experts.
• Define governance, security, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Drive innovation by translating emerging Microsoft technologies into client value.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge to develop the next generation of professionals.
• Represent PwC Belgium within international Microsoft communities.
