PwC Belgium’s Microsoft Practice, part of Advisory, helps organisations deploy Microsoft technology from 365 to Copilot across public and private sectors. We seek an AI Adoption Lead to own client adoption journeys, reporting to Microsoft Practice leadership.

You will ensure that technology change translates into real business benefit, through structured adoption programs, training, and governance alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology adoption and change management.
• Led at least one AI or digital transformation from start to finish.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or comparable enterprise tools.
• Structured change management approach such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders, including executives.
• Able to define adoption metrics and work with usage data to steer a programme.
• Consulting or advisory background with client-facing project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead adoption programmes for clients deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning through to measurable take-up.
• Design and run change management approaches; communication, training, champion networks and follow-up.
• Build and coach champion communities and deliver workshops and enablement sessions for end users and their managers.
• Define adoption metrics and track them, using usage data to show progress and adjust the approach.
• Translate adoption results into business terms so sponsors and leadership can see ROI.
• Advise clients on responsible use, including data protection, governance and EU AI Act obligations.
• Work alongside our technical specialists, focusing on people and ways of working rather than configuration.
• Support proposals and pre-sales on a limited basis, shaping adoption approaches and contributing to bids.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share methods across engagements.
