ARHS Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced AI Coach to drive the adoption of AI-enabled practices within software engineering teams for a global technology leader in healthcare technology.

You will maximize the value of AI-assisted development while promoting responsible, scalable, and compliant ways of working, enhancing developer productivity and establishing governance for AI usage across projects.

Responsabilités

• Drive the adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working across software development teams.
• Coach engineers and technical teams on the effective use of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement high-value AI use cases throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support teams in transitioning from experimentation to repeatable, scalable, and measurable AI-driven processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor for engineering leaders and development teams on AI adoption strategies.
• Promote software engineering best practices in AI-assisted development environments.
• Define and support standards relating to AI-generated code quality, testing, documentation, security, and maintainability.
• Guide teams on balancing AI capabilities with human expertise and engineering judgment.
• Ensure appropriate human oversight remains embedded within software delivery processes.
• Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
• Contribute to governance frameworks for AI usage and establish practical guidelines on safety and ethics.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for engineers, leaders, and managers.
• Lead change management initiatives supporting AI adoption across teams.
