Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies. A certification is an asset.
• Strong communication, listening & relational skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Guarantee smooth use of the Scrum methodology.
• Responsible for delivering and achieving project goals.
• Organise and facilitate all scrum ceremonies: daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives; manage risks and remove impediments.
• Assist Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog.
• Engage with technical and business teams to challenge and support.
