Keystone Solutions seeks a Scrum Master - Expert to be embedded on-site with our client in Belgium, delivering agile leadership and guidance across multiple squads. You will champion Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, and ensure value delivery with transparent reporting and risk management.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years’ experience, fluent English and a local language, and a pragmatic, team-focused mindset to foster self-organization in cross‑functional environments.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and coaching.
• Ability to lead across multiple squads and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the delivery owner across multiple squads.
• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology.
• Guarantee smooth use of Scrum and help the Project Team face obstacles.
• Provide assistance to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
• Support the team in delivering Definition of Done and Sprint Backlog.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics.
