Keystone Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master - Expert to lead agile delivery on-site at the client in Belgium. You will act as delivery owner across multiple squads, facilitate ceremonies, manage risks, and coach teams toward self-organization.

You will partner with Product Owners, remove impediments, monitor velocity, and ensure alignment with banking and multi-cultural environments. Fluent English and one local language required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in agile delivery.
• Experience coaching teams to self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of agile reporting and metrics (velocity, progress tracking).
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Act as the delivery owner across multiple squads.
• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective).
• Schedule and follow Scrum steps to ensure iterative delivery.
• Remove blockers and protect the team from external distractions.
• Support Product Owner with backlog refinement and definition of done.
• Track capacity and velocity for planning and progress.
