OneSource Consulting is seeking a senior IT governance consultant to drive the integration of Agentic AI into PRINCE2 Agile delivery frameworks. You will define an operating model for AI-enabled project delivery, identify activities suitable for AI support, and align governance, controls and templates with the existing toolchain.

The role requires deep experience in IT governance, agile delivery, and AI-enabled software engineering.

Formación

Senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery and Agile software delivery.
Strong practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile.
Good knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop governance.
Experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, controls and decision gates.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management and DevOps ways of working.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills across management and technical teams.
Knowledge of Azure Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Architecture Decision Records, APIs and integration architecture.
Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance or observability.

Responsabilidades

Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
Identify activities that can be supported by AI agents and those needing human oversight.
Integrate the operating model into PRINCE2 Agile governance, including governance structures.
Define how AI agents support requirements, epics, user stories, planning and risk management.
Design a controlled Agentic AI delivery flow covering architecture, code reviews, testing and release prep.
Translate the model into requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow with end-to-end traceability.
Support pilots or PoCs and formulate scaling recommendations.
Establish Agentic AI governance principles and RACI mappings.
Map to PRINCE2 Agile gates, tolerances and escalation.
Define end-to-end Agentic AI-enabled project and software delivery processes.
Define Ready/Done, quality and security control framework.
Create traceability for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
Plan pilot/PoC approach and scaling recommendations.
