Job summary

MEERAB GROUP seeks a senior consultant to define and implement an Agentic AI operating model for IT project and application delivery. The role will integrate AI governance within PRINCE2 Agile frameworks and shape end-to-end delivery processes.

You will design governance, map AI-enabled activities to governance cycles, and lead pilots with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow integration, driving scaling and industrialisation across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in IT governance and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile.
• Proven expertise with Generative AI and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design a target operating model for Agentic AI with governance principles, roles, responsibilities and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Map AI-enabled activities to PRINCE2 Agile governance, covering portfolio, Project Board, tolerances, management by exception and stage planning.
• Define how AI agents support requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, planning, risk, reporting, traceability and release preparation.
• Create a controlled delivery flow for architecture, development, code/security reviews, testing, documentation and release.
• Translate the operating model into integration requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, ensuring end-to-end traceability.
• Lead pilots or proofs of concept and provide recommendations for scaling and industrialisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a target operating model for Agentic AI that includes governance principles, roles, responsibilities and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Map AI-enabled activities to PRINCE2 Agile governance, covering portfolio, Project Board, tolerances, management by exception and stage planning.

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Certification in PRINCE2 Agile or related governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) and ServiceNow integration.
• Experience in AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration or LLM governance.
