Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in Agentic AI for a client-site assignment in Brussels. You will shape the target operating model for AI-enabled IT project delivery and establish governance, roles, and decision gates.

The role requires deep experience in PRINCE2/PRINCE2 Agile, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and multi-agent orchestration, with a focus on human-in-the-loop governance and end-to-end traceability.

Qualifications

• Senior IT governance and delivery experience with Agile methods.
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2/PRINCE2 Agile.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow and end-to-end traceability.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model and governance for Agentic AI in IT projects.
• Map AI agent roles, RACI, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Align with PRINCE2 Agile governance and project boards.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled delivery process.
• Translate requirements to Azure DevOps/ServiceNow.
