EngiFlex BV is seeking a Senior AI/IT Governance Consultant to embed Agentic AI into IT project delivery and application development. You will shape a governance model aligned with PRINCE2 Agile, collaborating with business, PM, architecture, development, testing, security and operations teams to translate it into practical processes, templates and pilots.

You will define roles, controls, and end-to-end traceability from demand to release, ensuring human-in-the-loop governance and auditability

Qualifications

• Senior IT governance and project delivery experience in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience shaping operating models, governance processes and decision gates.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management and DevOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.

Responsabilités

• Establish the target operating model for Agentic AI in IT project delivery.
• Define activities that can be AI-supported vs human-led with proper controls.
• Embed governance in PRINCE2 Agile and project portfolio governance.
• Specify AI support for requirements, epics, user stories and release prep.
• Design an end-to-end Agentic AI-enabled delivery process and traceability.
• Translate models into toolchain requirements (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
• Support pilots and provide scaling recommendations.
