Job summary

Atelier Informatique in Brussels is seeking a Senior Consultant AI to advance how IT projects are prepared, governed and delivered by integrating Agentic AI into the software delivery lifecycle.

You will define an AI-enabled delivery model within PRINCE2 Agile, collaborating with business, architecture, development, testing and security teams and translating the model into practical templates, tooling, and pilot use cases to scale across projects.

Qualifications

• Senior-level IT governance, project delivery and Agile software delivery.
• Strong PRINCE2/PRINCE2 Agile knowledge.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, controls and decision gates.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management and DevOps ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
• Identify which AI-augmented activities can be supported and where humans must remain involved.
• Integrate the operating model into PRINCE2 Agile governance, including project boards and risk management.
• Translate the model into requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow with end-to-end traceability.
• Support pilots or proofs of concept and provide recommendations for scaling.
• Agentic AI governance and end-to-end delivery process definition.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant AI

Description

• The custumer wants to further develop how IT projects are prepared, governed and delivered by structurally integrating Agentic AI into application delivery and project management.
  
• The consultant will define and validate an Agentic AI-enabled delivery approach that fits the existing PRINCE2 Agile methodology and supports the full software delivery lifecycle.
  
• The consultant will work closely with business, project management, architecture, development, testing, security and operations stakeholders, and translate the target model into practical processes, controls, templates, tooling requirements and pilot use cases.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
  
• Identify which activities can be supported by AI agents and which responsibilities must remain human, including human-in-the-loop controls, agent ownership, segregation of duties, access rights, auditability and escalation.
  
• Integrate the operating model into PRINCE2 Agile governance, including portfolio and Project Board governance, roles, tolerances, management by exception, stage and release planning, risk, quality and change management.
  
• Define how AI agents can support requirements, epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, traceability, release preparation and lessons learned.
  
• Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, software development, code and security reviews, testing, technical documentation and release preparation.
  
• Translate the model into requirements for the existing toolchain, including Azure DevOps and ServiceNow, with end-to-end traceability from demand through change and release.
  
• Support pilots or proofs of concept and formulate recommendations for further industrialisation and scaling.
  
• Agentic AI target operating model and governance principles.
  
• Roles and responsibilities, RACI, agent catalogue and human-in-the-loop control model.
  
• Mapping to PRINCE2 Agile, including decision gates, tolerances, exception handling and escalation.
  
• End-to-end Agentic AI-enabled project and software delivery process.
  
• Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality and security control framework.
  
• Traceability model and integration requirements for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  
• Pilot or proof-of-concept approach and recommendations for scaling
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery and Agile software delivery.
  
• Strong practical knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or PRINCE2 Agile.
  
• Good knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop governance.
  
• Experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, controls and decision gates.
  
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management and DevOps ways of working.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills across management and technical teams.
  
• Knowledge of Azure Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Architecture Decision Records, APIs and integration architecture.
  
• Experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance or observability.
