Brigada is seeking an Account Director to lead branding and marketing accounts from initial conversations to final delivery. You will partner with client service, strategy and creative teams, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.

Role requires extensive senior client leadership experience, strong strategic and financial understanding, and the ability to grow accounts while coaching account teams. Dutch and English fluency are essential, French is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Translate client challenges into direction for strategy, creative work and communication.
• Own the commercial health of accounts: profitability, margins, forecasting, scopes and fees.
• Spot growth opportunities within client portfolio and turn them into concrete proposals.
• Lead and coach the account managers and account executives on your accounts.
• Keep the client partner for your accounts informed, so they always know what's going on.

Responsabilités
