Boston Consulting Group seeks a LAB PA Performance Partner Director to lead strategic staffing and performance partnerships across the LAB footprint (London, Amsterdam, Brussels). You will optimize billability, capacity planning, and staffing while guiding career development of PPPL professionals.

You will collaborate with PA leadership, MDs and HR to align talent with commercial needs, drive revenue, and build a high-performance team across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in international professional services.
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
• Strong ability to influence and partner at MD level.

Responsabilités

• Act as a senior strategic partner to PA leadership, providing data driven insights on staffing decisions, escalations and commercial levers including billability, utilisation and leakage.
• Lead proactive capacity planning and pipeline reviews, translating commercial demand signals into hiring/mobility strategies.
• Drive PA calibration and share insights with CD Chairs and contribute to promotion pipelines and CDC meetings.
• Own LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team strategy, coach and develop the team, ensuring consistent performance partnering practices.
