Job summary

Danone is seeking an Account Manager AFH for the Flanders region to grow our Away From Home portfolio. You will manage a key customer base in Horeca, focusing on coffee bars, premium restaurants, and distributors, while working closely with internal teams to drive sustainable growth for Danone’s brands.

The role requires strong Dutch language skills for regional coverage, plus knowledge of French and English as a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial B2B sales role within FMCG or horeca.
• Strong understanding of the Flemish horeca market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing AFH customer portfolio in Flanders.
• Prospect new customers and partners to drive sales growth.
• Develop business in coffee bars, premium restaurants, and distribution networks.
• Lead negotiations that create value for customers and Danone.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other teams to execute plans.
• Monitor performance and propose actions to meet sales targets.
