• Significant leadership experience in commercial development, business growth, value proposition management or investment services.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Banking, Affluent clients and investment products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking.
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and drive execution with discipline.

Responsabilités

• Drive the growth strategy for investments, deposits and client activation across Personal Banking.
• Shape and continuously improve ING's value proposition for affluent clients.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear commercial plans and measurable objectives.
• Lead commercial activation, sales coaching, communication and digital after-sales initiatives.
• Use data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Support and challenge senior stakeholders, regional management and commercial teams.
• Build strong partnerships across Personal Banking, Private Banking, Business Banking and central functions.
• Contribute to Management Team discussions through strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on growth and client value.
