ING Belgium seeks a Head of Affluent Growth to define, coordinate and execute the growth agenda for investment solutions across Personal Banking and Mass Affluent clients. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, translate strategic priorities into clear commercial plans and measurable objectives, and use data and insights to accelerate growth and improve client value across both human and digital channels.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in commercial development, business growth or investment services.
Strong knowledge of Personal Banking, affluent clients and investment products.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

Drive growth strategy for investments, deposits and client activation across Personal Banking.
Shape and improve ING's value proposition for affluent clients.
