ING Belgium is seeking a Head of Affluent Growth to define and execute the growth strategy for investment solutions across Personal Banking and Mass Affluent clients. You will drive assets, fees and client engagement while strengthening ING's position as the preferred investment partner for affluent retail clients.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, leveraging data insights to accelerate growth

• Significant leadership experience in commercial development and growth.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Banking and affluent clients.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into decisions.

Responsabilités

• Drive the growth strategy for investments, deposits and client activation across Personal Banking.
• Shape and continuously improve ING's value proposition for affluent clients.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear commercial plans and measurable objectives.
• Lead commercial activation, sales coaching, communication and digital after-sales initiatives.
• Use data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Support and challenge senior stakeholders, regional management and commercial teams.
• Build strong partnerships across Personal Banking, Private Banking, Business Banking and central functions.
• Contribute to Management Team discussions through strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on growth and client value.
