Sabena Engineering is a leading aviation solutions provider seeking a skilled technical planner to coordinate engine work packages and plan customer requests in the AMOS ERP system.

You will liaise with production and logistics, review engine documentation and directives, and maintain cost control while creating KPI reports. English fluency and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and implement work instructions, service bulletins and airworthiness data.
• Very good verbal and written English skills are required.
• High level of computer literacy for daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Plan and follow up all customer requests and engine follow-up during layover in AMOS ERP.
• Prioritize work according to customer requests and provide feedback.
• Participate in internal and customer planning meetings.
• Review and adapt Engine Shop workload according to available capacity.
• Ensure staff, tooling and material are available or sourced.
• Liaise with production and logistics for spares and tool requirements.
• Review and interpret incoming aircraft and engine documentation, directives and bulletins.
• Adapt or create new component requirements in AMOS for new projects.
• Maintain high standards for cost control and KPI creation and maintenance.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and follow up of all customer request and engine follow-up during layover, including creation and/or closure of ES Work packages in ERP (AMOS)
• Prioritize work according to customers request and give feedback
• Participate in the internal and customer planning meetings.
• Review and adapt Engine Shop workload according to available capacity
• Ensure staff, tooling and material is available and/or sourced.
• Liaise with production and logistics team for routine and non-routine spares/tool requirements.
• Review and interpretation of incoming aircraft and engine documentation, EASA/FAA directives, Service Bulletins.
• Adapt and/or create new component requirements in ERP (AMOS) for new projects.
• Maintain high standards for efficient and effective cost control
• Create, maintain and adjust KPI’s

Your Profile:

• Full understanding and working knowledge of interactions between AMM, ESM, CMM
• Capability of reading, understanding and implementation of work instructions, service bulletins and other airworthiness data.
• Have a very good verbal and written knowledge of the English language.
• High level of computer literacy will be required for daily tasks
• Have the ability to work within a small team and equally be able to act independently when required
• Ideally you have vast and proven experience in aviation and technical planning
• An initial knowledge of AMOS is a bonus.
• Be stress resistance and assertive
