Crystal Aero Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Planner to join our team at the Brussels branch. You will schedule aircraft maintenance, coordinate with flight operations, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with EASA regs and manufacturer guidance.

The role requires organization, proactive communication, and fluency in technical English, with experience in Part-145 or CAMO environments and familiarity with industry software tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate’s degree (BTS ATI, BTS Aeronautics, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with flight operations to minimize disruptions to the schedule.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are carried out as planned.
• Estimate time and resources required for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records and prepare detailed reports of activities.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and safety to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with teams and management about planned maintenance and changes.
• Oversee review of maintenance documentation before client submission.
