Job summary

Altia is seeking a senior business requirements analyst to manage and structure business requirements for architecture, development and support teams. You will ensure the product delivers high functional and non‑functional value through rigorous elicitation, validation and documentation.

Responsibilities include modelling processes, data, and workflows, identifying gaps and risks, and maintaining traceability from epics to tests, with ongoing cross‑stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s/engineering degree at EQF level 7 in Computer Science, Informatics or Electronic Engineering with 10+ years IT experience.
• Or a EQF level 6 degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Spoken and written English at C1 level or above.
• BPMN 2.0, UML or ArchiMate 3.x; ERD, class diagrams and XML/XSLT.
• Modeling tools such as Visio, DrawIO, Lucidchart, ArchiMate or ARIS.
• Jira and/or GitLab; Scrum, SAFe and PM².
• Cloud, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and Infrastructure as Code.
• Distributed architectures, secure messaging, PostgreSQL databases, Python, Java/J2EE/Spring Boot, Pentaho and Superset.
• Statistics, hashing, pattern matching and Bloom filters.
• Business analysis, AWS/Azure and TOGAF/ArchiMate certifications are valued; French is an added advantage.
