Job summary

TradeTracker.com is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager with a strong foundation in Advertising Technology and SaaS product development leadership. You will design and document new features, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and continuously align products with client needs and market trends.

You will leverage your AdTech knowledge and KPI-driven mindset to create user-friendly dashboards and reports, driving growth and client value in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Manager in advertising or software.
• Strong SaaS interface, dashboards, charts and reports knowledge.
• Deep AdTech understanding and affiliate marketing knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into decisions using SaaS analytics.
• Experience with rapid prototyping to iterate concepts quickly.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Product Design and Documentation: Create and maintain clear product docs, flows, and mockups.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, data engineers, and PMs to deliver products.
• Product-Market Fit: Assess client needs, gather feedback, and refine products for market fit.
