Oliver James in Brussels is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a Microsoft 365 E5 implementation. You will own the program scope, roadmap, governance, milestones, budget and deliverables, coordinating multiple technical and business workstreams, and guiding senior stakeholders to clear decisions.

You bring at least 7 years in IT program management, hands-on M365/E5 experience, and fluency in French, Dutch and English. Public sector or large regulated environments are a strong asset.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - MICROSOFT 365 E5 IMPLEMENTATION - Brussels | Hybrid

Lead a strategic Microsoft 365 E5 implementation program with direct impact across the organization.
Take ownership of a complex transformation involving multiple technical, security and business workstreams.
Drive the program from roadmap to execution, ensuring delivery, governance, budget and stakeholder alignment.
Act as the central point of coordination between IT experts, business teams, management and external partners.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - YOUR PROFILE:

You are/have…

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management, with proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Mandatory hands‑on program experience with Microsoft 365 / E5 implementations or transformations. A general Microsoft background alone is not sufficient.
• Mandatory professional fluency in French, Dutch and English. Experience in the public sector, large organizations or complex regulated environments is a strong asset.
• Strong enough technically to understand, challenge and coordinate Microsoft/IT specialists without needing to be the technical implementer yourself.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, partially‑defined environments with senior stakeholders.
