Job summary

Catalay is looking for an Adjunct Contract Manager to support contract managers on an infrastructure project in Antwerp, Belgium. You will handle contractual communications, manage changes, and help monitor risks to protect the client’s interests.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or law and at least two years of relevant experience, with excellent Dutch language skills. On-site work in Antwerp is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction or law is required.
• At least two years’ relevant experience in infrastructure, construction or civil engineering.
• Experience in contract management and/or contractual follow-up with knowledge of claims management and contractual changes.
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contract Managers with contractual communications before, during and after the works.
• Coordinate and follow up testing and acceptance processes within system-based contract management and audits.
• Guide contractual changes from request through final decision, evaluating and negotiating changes.
• Maintain and report up-to-date overview of contractual changes and assist with risk reporting.
