Job summary

Rhox is seeking a deputy contract manager to support civil engineering and infrastructure works. You will work with contract managers to handle changes, QA, and ensure stakeholder requirements are met throughout the construction lifecycle.

Your role includes negotiating changes, coordinating reviews, audits of contractor quality assurance, maintaining the change register, reporting progress, and proposing solutions to emerging issues. Dutch language skills are required.

• Mid-level experience in contract and claims management.
• Stakeholder management with ensuring contracts reflect agreed requirements.
• Ability to coordinate changes within deadlines while protecting contractual interests.
• Clear, honest and transparent contract evaluation and decisions.
• Clear communication with contractors and colleagues to support consistent contract handling.

• Clear communication with contractors and colleagues to support consistent contract handling.
• Dutch, native.
