Qualifications

  • Experience in civil engineering contract management.
  • Knowledge of claims management and contract administration.
  • Ability to work on-site as a consultant.
  • Dutch language proficiency required.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking an Adjunct Contract Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Antwerp. In this role, you will be responsible for handling contractual communications before, during, and after the execution of projects. You will coordinate and monitor the assessment and acceptance processes as part of System-Oriented Contract Management.



Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and follow up on the assessment and acceptance processes.

  • Organize system, process, and product audits to ensure the contractor's quality assurance system meets organizational requirements.

  • Manage the contractual change process from request to final decision, ensuring compliance with contractual timelines.

  • Evaluate and negotiate potential changes critically and with integrity to safeguard the contractual interests of the client.

  • Maintain and proactively report on the current change overview.

  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately reflected in contracts to guarantee proper execution of agreements and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Contribute to project progress reporting, timely identification of potential issues, and proactive proposal of solutions.

  • Actively participate in meetings with contract managers to ensure a uniform approach to contract-related matters.
