GTS Group Ltd in Belgium is seeking a Systems Engineer / Technical Lead to take the technical reins on a new actuator development program, from concept through to delivery, in collaboration with a dedicated project manager.

You will be the main technical contact for customers, present progress as needed, and help build out an engineering team as the business line grows, with relocation to the Brussels region supported.

Qualifications

• Solid systems engineering experience within AOCS or GNC, including development-cycle exposure on actuator hardware such as reaction wheels or CMGs.
• Background in attitude control product development is preferred over general satellite bus/electronics experience.
• Seniority is flexible and matched to actuator/AOCS background rather than years alone.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical direction of a new actuator development programme from concept to delivery, working with the project manager.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, including presenting project progress.
• Help build out a new engineering team as the business line grows.
• Shape future projects within this new business area as it expands.
