The company develops payloads, avionics, robotics technology, products and provides complete mission operations control centre solutions to EN9100 standards. The company also provides engineering, science and training services, including astronaut training. In the headquarters, they have a control centre room that operates commercial payloads on the International Space Station and a laboratory comprising a cleanroom. The successful candidate will be based in the main office at Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area). The position is in the Systems Department, as part of the Future Projects and Exploration Team. The candidate will mainly report to Future Projects and Exploration Team Lead. The Team is responsible for the study, design, prototyping, and test of enabling technologies for future missions. The Team is in search of a talented and highly motivated individual for a full‑time position in the exciting area of Exploration Systems and Payloads Engineering, in our efforts to contribute to Europe’s objective of a sustainable return to the Moon, and to the expansion of humankind into the Solar System.
Ideally, the candidate shall be eligible to work in the European Union or in possession of a European Blue Card for two or more years. Candidates will be considered from countries worldwide and as necessary, assisted with the relevant EU Visa/Work Permit process. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
