BEA Sensors is seeking an Accounting and Tax Manager to lead the finance team in Liège, Belgium. You will own the integrity of financial and tax operations and partner with local and group stakeholders to ensure robust reporting, tax compliance, and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• At least 8 years of accounting and taxation experience in international/industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team while fostering engagement and high performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, semi-annual and annual closing in Belgian GAAP, IFRS and Halma Group requirements.
• Oversee accounting activities, guidance on complex matters, ensure data quality.
• Manage corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and other direct/indirect taxes with external advisors.
• Coordinate internal controls, risk management, governance, and audits with auditors.
• Drive process optimization, automation and digitalization of the Finance function.
• Lead, coach and develop the Accounting team to foster ownership and collaboration.
• Support Finance Director on strategic topics and evolve the Finance function.
