Description

• General accounting: you book bank statements from various banks and enter invoices through our proprietary software.
• Tenant administration: you follow up the collection of rents, you make the statements of tenants and co-investors.
• Agent account management: you manage the administration around commission statements of our insurance brokers and have telephone contacts. You take care of the administration around new affiliated agents and carry out checks.
• Client management: you manage the waiting account and are responsible for reminders in case of unpaid discharges.
• You manage the administration of a number of operational insurances and the car fleet.
• You are responsible for drawing up tax forms.
• You have at least a secondary school diploma
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
• Experience in an accounting function is a plus.
• You have basic knowledge of Excel.
• You like working with figures, are accurate and customer friendly.
