Description

As Account Manager Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for:

• Developing an assigned client portfolio within the established strategy, from your role as a specialist.
• Maintaining and improving relationships with major clients and specialized brokers in the field of Employee Benefits in the Antwerp region.
• Providing technical and commercial support and advice, acting as an intermediary between clients/brokers and internal departments.
• Analyzing and researching existing portfolios, with the aim of identifying opportunities and formulating improvements that are in the client's interest.
• Acting as a specialist for your colleagues, solving technical questions and problems, participating in internal working groups and keeping your technical knowledge up-to-date.
• Building a network, both internal and external, and representing the organization to clients and cooperation partners such as major brokers and employer organizations.
• Actively participating in projects within the organization and independently following up on strategic plans to strengthen the market position in the area of Employee Benefits.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate:

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree or can demonstrate equivalent through experience.
• Has extensive expertise and product knowledge within Employee Benefits.
• Is fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English for international interaction.
• Has excellent communication skills in negotiation and presentation.
• Has a solid technical background and keen analytical skills. Is also a team player with an energetic and positive attitude.
• Works mainly in the assigned region of Antwerp, but is also flexible for the Brussels region.
• Knowledge of investment products is a plus.
• Has a passion for building and maintaining relationships with large clients and specialized brokers.
• Has a friendly and jovial personality that puts team spirit first.
