Unilever BE is seeking an Account Manager - Home Care in Brussels, Belgium with flexibility to visit the Netherlands monthly. You will drive revenue growth with major retailers and manage the Home Care assortment, promotions, and joint business plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, Belgium retail account experience, and fluent Dutch; French is a plus. You will work hybrid from Brussels with monthly travel to the Netherlands, and report to the Sales Lead BE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in Belgium retail account management.
• Dutch fluency is a must; French is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills and P&L knowledge.
• High degree of proactivity, independence, and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple customer accounts independently, while supporting the Sales Lead across the broader Belgium Home Care customer portfolio.
• Manage the Home Care assortment and distribution with your clients.
• Conduct independent customer visits and customer communication via email/phone.
• Monthly customer performance tracking, analysis, and P&L management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CSP, and Supply Chain for activation and forecasting of volumes and promotions.
• Optimize promotional plans, manage investments and negotiate counterparts.
• Contribute to annual negotiations and support development, execution, and monitoring of joint business plans.
• Represent clients in internal meetings and Unilever in external meetings.
• Prepare and support annual negotiation with trade partners.
• Coach interns.
