NeuroMedia seeks an Account Manager with a strong analytical mindset to bridge clients and our advertising intelligence solutions. You will understand how advertising data is produced and used, translate client needs into product requirements, and collaborate with analytics, data and development teams.

You will engage with advertising spend, market activity and media performance data, helping clients leverage our tools while staying curious about AI and evolving channels.

Qualifications

• Must understand how advertising data is produced, analyzed and used by advertisers, agencies and researchers.
• Ability to translate client needs into structured requirements for product and technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data.

Responsabilités

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their workflows and objectives.
• Support clients in using our advertising monitoring data, tools and methodologies.
• Understand how clients analyze advertising spend, market activity, advertisers, brands, campaigns and media performance.
• Translate client requests into clear, actionable requirements for product, data and development teams.
• Act as an interface between business users and technical teams.
• Investigate client questions and data issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor client feedback to improve products, data and processes.
• Contribute to product discussions based on client use cases.
