team.blue is recruiting a senior data scientist to streamline marketing operations by building agentic systems that run end-to-end across brands and markets. You will report to the Applied AI team and own the design, deployment, and measurement of marketing automation experiments.

The role emphasizes building trusted, auditable AI processes, with a focus on ROI, provenance, and robust integration across analytics, search, CRM and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building data and ML systems in industry.
• Experience end-to-end with live systems affecting customers.
• Production experience with multi-step, tool-calling LLM workflows.

Responsabilités

• Map existing marketing/SEO workflows and quantify steps.
• Define state transitions, triggers, API calls, and fail-safes.
• Build guardrails: dry-run mode, approval gates, least-privilege scopes, undo capability.
• Determine human-in-the-loop placement and confidence thresholds.
• Create evaluation suites for generative/agentic outputs and sourcing validation.
• Interface with external APIs, handle auth, rate limits and pagination.
• Ensure webhook integration is idempotent and scalable.
