Hunter International, Inc. in Belgium is seeking a Proposals & CRM specialist to manage service proposals, maintain customer relationships, and deliver clear, concise reports. The role emphasizes effective oral and written communication and progress briefing for sponsors.

You'll monitor PoW, UCR, and CRF project lifecycle, participate in review meetings, and ensure timely communication of proposal development status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, preparation and promotion of service proposals.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong written and oral communication with ability to produce concise reports.

Responsabilités

• Managing business intake and development of price proposals for PoW and UCR.
• Monitoring and communicating progress of requests to sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in regular review meetings on PoW, UCR, and CRF projects.

Duties/role:

• Participating in regular review meetings regarding the status of PoW, UCR, and CRF projects .
