Qualifications
- Recently graduated in an IT-related field or demonstrated IT affinity through personal projects.

- Basic knowledge of common workplace tools and systems.
Responsabilités
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform 1st line troubleshooting and guide users through solutions.
- Document and follow up on tickets according to internal procedures.
