TCrew in Brussels is recruiting a Service Desk Engineer to support a mission-critical IT environment. You will provide first-line support, manage incidents and requests, and troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory, hardware and software issues.

The role requires 2+ years in service desk or IT support, fluent in French and Dutch, and a willingness to work 24/7 shifts. ITIL knowledge is a plus and you should be resilient, proactive and customer-oriented.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Desk / IT Support experience.
• Fluent French and Dutch.
• Experience or willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
• Windows, Active Directory, ITSM/ticketing and basic networking.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and customer orientation.
• Resilient, proactive, reliable and comfortable working under pressure.
