Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking a Zero Harm Advisor for Wheatstone operations in Onslow, WA. This full-time, residential role supports a 9-day fortnight roster and reports to the Site Superintendent.

You will mentor leaders and crews to embed Zero Harm standards, conduct audits, investigations and incident reporting, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team within a Tier 1 ASX-listed company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operational safety exposure within a project-based environment or equivalent trade-based experience.
• Experience with Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems.
• Demonstrated strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and guide leaders and workforce to foster a proactive Zero Harm culture.
• Ensure application of Zero Harm standards and legislative requirements across all work activities.
• Conduct observations, site inspections and audits; investigate incidents and breaches.
• Manage incident reporting within Downer and client systems.
