Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Gladstone is hiring a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in out of home care. Earn $50.61 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, with shifts 0600–1400 and 1400–2200 sleepover, and access to paid training and career pathways within our national organisation.

You'll work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights, helping build safe routines, relationships and life skills while gaining valuable experience in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work or similar, or willingness to enrol.
• Current QLD driver's licence and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Availability across weekends and sleepovers.
• Genuine interest in supporting children and young people.
