Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland Limited in Biloela is seeking a Youth Support Worker to empower young people aged 12-21 at risk of disconnection. This fixed-term role focuses on safety, wellbeing and future opportunities in Central Queensland.

You will provide case management, help young people access housing, education, employment and community engagement, and collaborate with families and schools while maintaining records and delivering early intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or higher in a discipline relating to the Behavioural Sciences or equivalent.

Responsibilities
