Zusammenfassung

Everyday Independence is seeking Youth Lead Practitioners to support adolescents and young adults aged 9–25 as they navigate life with a disability, from adolescence through to early adulthood.

No Two Days Will Be The Same: you will lead the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package and serve as the main contact for participants and their families, using assessment and intervention skills to help achieve goals.

Qualifikationen

Relevant tertiary qualification and registration.
Youth Worker: Bachelor/Master in Youth Work and YWA membership.
Social Worker: Bachelor/Master in Social Work and AASW membership.
Minimum 2 years experience with youth aged 9-25.

Aufgaben

Lead interdisciplinary youth team to plan NDIS therapy packages for adolescents and young adults.
Support participants to achieve educational, personal, social, and working goals.
Deliver therapy in diverse settings (homes, schools, communities).
Hold future-focused conversations with participants and supports.
Document and bill for sessions through the online system.
Attend weekly team meetings and engage in supervision.
