Everyday Independence is a leading disability services provider with 40+ hubs nationwide, focused on inclusive outcomes for people with disabilities. The Youth Lead Practitioner role supports adolescents and young adults (9–25) through diverse settings, with mentoring, supervision and strong career pathways.

You will contribute to person-centred planning, collaboration with families, and delivering evidence-based supports while navigating flexible scheduling and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with youth aged 9-25.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field with professional membership.
• Willingness to meet billable targets and provide flexible, client-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary youth team planning to optimise NDIS therapy packages.
• Support youth to achieve educational, personal, social and employment goals.
• Deliver therapy in diverse settings (homes, schools, community centres).
• Document sessions and bill for services through the management system.
• Engage families and supports in meaningful, future-focused conversations.
