Everyday Independence in Campbelltown is hiring a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with a disability, coordinating NDIS-funded therapy packages and mentoring teams. The role offers full- or part-time options with a flexible 9-day fortnight, competitive salary, and vehicle, laptop and mobile provisions.

You will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools and community venues, delivering person-centred therapy and striving for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with youth aged 9-25
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and be a team player
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
• Demonstrated experience working with people with a disability
• Willingness to work to billable targets
• A valid Australian driver’s license
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check

Responsibilities

• Led interdisciplinary youth team planning NDIS-funded therapy packages for adolescents and young adults
• Support youth to achieve educational, personal, social and working life goals
• Deliver therapy across diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres)
• Engage in meaningful future-focused conversations with participants and supports
• Document and bill for sessions using online system
• Attend weekly team meetings and seek supervision from leaders/mentors
